Job summary

Lincoln Computer Services is looking for a Service Desk Engineer for a hybrid role encompassing remote and onsite support in the Bronx, NY. This position requires at least 3 years of experience in desktop support with strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in Windows environments. You will handle incoming tickets, provide top-notch customer service, and support onsite operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Helpdesk or Service Desk role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming tickets and troubleshoot Level 1 issues.
• Communicate proactively with users and log updates in the ticketing system.
• Provide in-person IT support during onsite coverage.

Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments

Experience with Microsoft 365

Ability to manage competing priorities

Education

Minimum 3+ years of Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support experience
