Job summary

You will assist end users, manage endpoints, Microsoft 365 services, identity and access, and network connectivity, ensuring reliable, secure, and productive technology services across the organization. The role emphasizes careful documentation and collaboration with IT teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in service desk or desktop support within distributed environments.
• Strong Windows admin and end-user support experience.
• Knowledge of endpoint security and identity/access management.
• Experience with ITops cloud concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 desk support for Windows endpoints, M365 apps, and devices.
• Deploy and maintain desktops via endpoint management tools.
• Support M365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Administer identity tasks across AD, Entra ID, Office 365, MFA.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, DNS/DHCP, VPN issues and escalate when needed.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the service desk system.
• Onboard/offboard users and assist with equipment provisioning.
