Job summary

Klik Solutions is seeking a Hybrid Support/Field Analyst to deliver on-site and remote technical service. The role includes installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting, with travel to client sites as needed.

You will work from the Support Center when not dispatched and participate in on-call rotations. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of IT support experience and strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and PSA systems.

Qualifications

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field, or equivalent work experience.
2–4 years in technical support, IT helpdesk, or field service roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, networking, and business apps.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer service and technical support during field visits or dispatches.
Provide remote support from the Support Center via PSA systems (phone, email, ticketing).
Document incidents and actions in the PSA system and update status regularly.
Maintain SLAs, communicate progress, and escalate complex issues as needed.
Travel to client sites for installations, repairs, and maintenance when required.
