Job summary

Hunter Industries is seeking a temporary Service Desk Analyst to provide hardware and software support for computer and phone environments on campus and remote home offices. Responsibilities include software installation, incident resolution, and end‑user documentation, with on‑call remote support as needed.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in computer science or related field, with 2+ years IT experience and relevant certifications (A+, Microsoft Fundamentals).

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science or related field, or combination of education and relevant work experience.
• CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals, or similar industry-recognized certification(s).
• Minimum two years of information technology experience in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software including Microsoft and third‑party applications.
• Support software rollouts and post‑implementation changes; create end‑user documentation.
• Provide remote connectivity support and on‑site desk‑side assistance as needed.
• Develop and maintain desktop standards for OS configurations, software, and hardware models.
• Support service desk across Teams, calls, email, and ITSM platforms.
