Job summary

Alfa Insurance in Montgomery, AL seeks a Service Desk Analyst I to be the first point of contact for end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and logging requests in Alfa’s ticketing system.

You will support Home Office, Sales Office, and Claims Offices, deliver excellent customer service, attend training courses, and strive for timely, effective problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years’ work experience preferred.
• A+ certification or equivalent experience/training preferred.
• Windows 11 and Microsoft Office knowledge desired.
• A broad range of network and desktop knowledge is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strict punctuality and attendance policy are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level PC/LAN/WAN and hardware/software support for Alfa offices.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely issue resolution per standards.
• Attend training courses and pass or attempt an exam associated with course.
