• Documents interactions within case management solution.
• Uses Knowledge Center to resolve issues and creates reference guides and how-to documents.
• Transfers unresolved inquiries to subject matter experts and collaborates with Bobcat teams.
• Keeps up to date on product lines, applications, and offerings.
