DRS IT Solutions in Nashville, TN is seeking Service Desk Personnel for an onsite role. The candidate will support AD management, iOS deployment, printer administration, and videoconferencing across WebEx, Teams, and related tools.

Responsibilities include remote support, network troubleshooting, and ServiceNow ticket handling. The role requires IT call center experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and handling up to 30 calls per day in a fast-paced environment.

• Printer administration: manage server and local print queues.
• Active Directory: reset passwords, unlock accounts, navigate OUs.
• iOS management: set up devices, reset iTunes accounts, backup data.
• Video conferencing support: Cisco WebEx, MS Teams, Cisco Presence.
• Network troubleshooting: VPN, LTE, Wi‑Fi, internal/external issues.
• Application troubleshooting: manage permissions, compatibility, browser vs installed.
• Provide remote support using MSRA, RDP, Teams, Webex.
• Hardware deployment as needed.
• ServiceNow: ticket management and assignment.
