Job Title: Service Desk Analyst – Night Shift

Location: Remote (Must be within driving distance of Dallas, TX)

Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM ET

Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required; must pass Public Trust background check

Job Summary:

Provide Level 1 IT support in a 24/7 environment. Handle incidents and service requests via phone, email, and monitoring tools. Follow documented procedures, escalate issues as needed, and ensure accurate ticket management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and resolve IT support calls and emails
  • Monitor system alerts and create incident tickets
  • Escalate issues using Everbridge
  • Perform password resets and basic account support
  • Maintain accurate incident records
  • Create daily reports and follow standardized work instructions
  • Occasionally visit onsite (Dallas, TX) for support tasks

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of IT Service Desk experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, email handling, and incident ticketing tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
