Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Warrendale, PA is seeking a Service Depot Group Leader to coordinate daily operations within the Ivenix Service Depot. You will support the Technical Service Operations Manager, ensure efficient service workflows, and maintain compliance with quality standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on electro-mechanical testing experience, with a focus on meeting throughput goals and sustaining audit-ready documentation in SAP.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Electro-mechanical assembly and test experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and training skills; basic mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily service depot activities including device receipt, testing, return processes, packaging and shipment.
• Support timely execution of service work orders to meet turnaround time and throughput objectives.
• Allocate resources, assign tasks, and manage shift priorities for efficiency.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering or leadership as appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, documentation, and escalation pathways.
