Job SummarySalary Range: $21.00 to $23.00 Per Hour dependent upon education, experience, and working shift.The Service Depot Group Leader provides primary support to the Technical Service Operations Manager and is responsible for coordinating daily operations within the Ivenix Service Depot. This role ensures efficient execution of service workflows, supports technician performance, and maintains compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee daily service depot activities, including device receipt, testing, return processes, packaging and shipment Support timely execution of service work orders to meet turnaround time and throughput objectives Allocate resources, assign tasks, and manage shift priorities to ensure operational efficiency Escalate complex technical or process issues to engineering or leadership as appropriate Ensure adherence to standardized service procedures, documentation requirements, and escalation pathwaysTraining & Team SupportAssist with onboarding and training of new technicians, ensuring readiness on tools, systems, and procedures Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the depotQuality & ComplianceEnsure all service activities are performed in accordance with controlled SOPs and quality system requirements Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready service documentation in SAP and related systems Support compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISO 13485, and internal quality standards Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiativesOperational LeadershipOperate with minimal supervision on assigned shifts, ensuring continuity of depot operations Monitor performance metrics and support actions to improve service quality and efficiency Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focus within the depotAll employees are responsible for ensuring the compliance to company documents, programs and activities related to the Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems, as per your roles and responsibilities.REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma/GEDElectro-mechanical assembly and test experience preferred.Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and professionalismExcellent communication and training skills; basic mechanical aptitude.Proven sound judgment, values driven, continuous innovation and improvement and adaptability skills.Demonstrated high performance orientation and detail orientation.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Good organization and teamwork skills, including strong customer focus.Additional InformationWe offer an excellent salary and benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, disability, 401K with company contribution, and wellness program.Please note that joining our team does not create a guaranteed or permanent employment arrangement.
