Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Warrendale, PA seeks a Service Depot Group Leader to coordinate daily depot activities, oversee device receipt, testing and shipments, and ensure timely service work orders. You will allocate resources, guide shifts, and escalate issues to engineering or leadership as needed.

You will onboard and train technicians, promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, and maintain audit-ready documentation in SAP while upholding cGMP, ISO, and internal quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Electro-mechanical assembly and test experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to onboard and train technicians.
• Detail-oriented with good organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily service depot activities, including device receipt, testing, return processes, packaging and shipment.
• Support timely execution of service work orders to meet turnaround time and throughput objectives.
• Allocate resources, assign tasks, and manage shift priorities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Escalate complex technical or process issues to engineering or leadership as appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to standardized service procedures, documentation requirements, and escalation pathways.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new technicians; promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Maintain audit-ready service documentation in SAP and related systems; ensure quality compliance.
• Operate with minimal supervision on assigned shifts; monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
