Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Electro-mechanical assembly and test experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Good organization and teamwork with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily service depot activities, including device receipt, testing, return processes, packaging and shipment.
• Support timely execution of service work orders to meet turnaround time and throughput objectives.
• Allocate resources, assign tasks, and manage shift priorities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Escalate complex technical or process issues to engineering or leadership as appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to standardized service procedures, documentation requirements, and escalation pathways.
• Training & Team Support: Assist with onboarding and training of new technicians, ensuring readiness on tools, systems, and procedures.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the depot.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all service activities are performed in accordance with controlled SOPs and quality system requirements.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready service documentation in SAP and related systems.
• Support compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISO 13485, and internal quality standards.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operational Leadership: Operate with minimal supervision on assigned shifts, ensuring continuity of depot operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and support actions to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focus within the depot.
