Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Kentucky is seeking a Service Depot Group Leader to coordinate daily depot operations, oversee device receipt, testing and return processes, and ensure efficient service workflows in line with quality and regulatory requirements.

The role supports the Technical Service Operations Manager, trains technicians, allocates resources, and drives continuous improvement while maintaining audit-ready documentation in SAP and complying with cGMP, FDA, and ISO 13485 standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in electro-mechanical assembly and testing preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and training skills; basic mechanical aptitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organization and teamwork with strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily service depot activities and testing.
• Support timely execution of service work orders to meet turnaround times.
• Allocate resources, assign tasks, and manage shift priorities.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, documentation, and quality standards.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new technicians.
