This leadership role supports the Technical Service Operations Manager, allocates resources, trains technicians, and drives continuous improvement across the depot while maintaining documentation in SAP and adhering to cGMP, FDA, ISO 13485 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily service depot activities, including device receipt, testing, return processes, packaging and shipment.
• Support timely execution of service work orders to meet turnaround time and throughput objectives.
• Allocate resources, assign tasks, and manage shift priorities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Escalate complex technical or process issues to engineering or leadership as appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to standardized service procedures, documentation requirements, and escalation pathways.
