4+ years of automotive service leadership experience as a Service Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
Proven track record of increasing service revenue and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead all service department operations to maximize profitability, efficiency, and customer retention.
Drive performance through key service metrics such as repair order growth and technician productivity.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop service advisors and technicians.
Maintain high operational standards and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements.
