LVI Associates partners with a respected commercial roofing contractor in South Florida to hire a Commercial Roofing Service Manager in West Palm Beach. You will lead the service department, manage crews and client relationships, and drive growth through operational excellence.

This role demands a strong background in commercial roofing service, repairs and maintenance, with proven leadership of field teams, schedules, and budgets. Excellent communication and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial roofing service management or supervision.
• Expert knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal, and coatings.
• Ability to estimate and manage repair/maintenance projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and roofing/project management software.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial roofing service department.
• Lead service crews, field supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee service, repair, maintenance, and warranty projects from start to finish.
• Schedule manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and building owners.
• Review estimates, proposals, and work orders for accuracy and profitability.
• Monitor job costs, department performance, and KPIs.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Support business development for recurring service contracts.

Location: West Palm Beach

We are partnering with a respected commercial roofing contractor in South Florida that is looking to add an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Manager to its leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing people, projects, and client relationships while helping grow a successful service department.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial roofing service, repairs, maintenance, and leak investigations, coupled with proven leadership experience managing crews, schedules, and customer accounts. Similar service manager profiles often oversee multi-million-dollar service operations, manage field teams, and drive department growth through both operational excellence and business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the commercial roofing service department
• Lead and support service crews, field supervisors, and subcontractors
• Oversee service, repair, maintenance, and warranty projects from start to finish
• Schedule manpower, equipment, and resources to maximise efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, and building owners
• Review estimates, proposals, and work orders to ensure accuracy and profitability
• Monitor job costs, department performance, and operational KPIs
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards
• Support business development efforts and identify opportunities for recurring service contracts

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing service management, operations, or supervision
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal, and Roof Coatings
• Experience managing service technicians and field personnel
• Ability to estimate and manage repair and maintenance projects
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and roofing/project management software
• Valid driver's licence
