Job summary

Bobcat of Northern Virginia, a division of Winchester Equipment Co., is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department, supervise technicians, and ensure timely maintenance and repairs for Bobcat equipment.

You will coordinate with customers, provide technical guidance, and optimize workflows while maintaining high service standards. Spanish bilingual ability is highly preferred, and lifting up to 75 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a Service Department or leading a team (or equivalent).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and service management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Department.
• Manage and support a team of skilled technicians.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule and ensure timely service.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team as needed.
• Maintain and optimize workflows to ensure efficiency.
