Bobcat of Indy is looking for a Field Service Manager to oversee Field Service Operations for the division. This position will maintain an efficient, profitable, and organized department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and improve field service activities for the division.
• Provide support and guidance to field service personnel performing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Ensure field services meet customer requirements with quality and efficiency.
• Maintain an adequate staff of qualified, trained service technicians.
• Collaborate with store service managers and parts personnel to provide timely support.
• Oversee warranty management in the field and optimize reimbursement requests.
• Drive department growth and establish strong customer relationships.
