Job summary

PrairieLand Partners, LLC is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Service Department, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations. You will report to the Store Manager and drive service processes, budgets, and staff development to exceed customer expectations.

The role requires an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and 3+ years in service operations, with strong leadership and communication skills. Travel and occasional overtime are expected as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in service department operations; management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to customer locations and work extended hours.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, enforces, and monitors Service Department processes.
• Develop departmental goals and budget aligned with company objectives.
• Recruit, hire, and develop service department staff.
• Schedules and assigns jobs; ensure accurate billing.
• Ensure tools and vehicles are in good working order.
