Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Service/Delivery Route Driver to join our team in the United States. You will transport and deliver food products to client locations, ensuring proper refrigeration and accurate paperwork handling.

The role requires a valid driver's license (CDL not required), a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer competitive compensation and a strong benefits package including health and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required) and a good driving record.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Outgoing personality with the skills to promote products.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Load the company vehicle with all products needed to service locations.
• Drive to client locations to transport products and food.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold products in the truck.
• Deliver products to vending attendants at client locations.
• Collect products and paperwork from vending attendants.
• Discard unsold and stale merchandise.
• Communicate positively with teammates and customers by eye contact and smiles.
• Maintain care of the company vehicle.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure company vehicle is properly loaded with all product needed to service locations
• Drive vehicle to transport products and food to client locations
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products in truck
• Deliver products and food to vending attendants at client locations
• Collect products and paperwork from vending attendants at client locations
• Discard unsold and stale merchandise
• Communicate positively with fellow team members and customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Manage the care of the company vehicle

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Valid driver’s license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
