Job summary

Gfoat seeks a Service Delivery Support Manager to oversee the administrative operations of the Distribution and Collection Divisions. You will supervise Utility Service Coordinators, coordinate cross-department workflows, and support dispatch and billing processes to ensure efficient municipal services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with 3 years in admin/analytics/PM and 2 years in supervision. Valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• 3 years of professional-level administration, analytics and project management experience.
• 2 years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Utility Service Coordinators and oversee operations to maximize efficiency.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding of staff and processing hiring paperwork.
• Plan, manage and evaluate divisional personnel performance with regular reviews.
• Maintain personnel records and payroll information for distribution and collection staff.
• Prepare monthly reports and provide cost-control projections and budget input to leadership.
• Coordinate dispatch, maintenance requests and city procedures for utilities.
