Jobot is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy service department. You will coordinate technicians, manage service workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality service for customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing service operations or field service teams.
• Experience scheduling/dispatching technicians.
• Knowledge of service ticket management and parts coordination.
• Experience with warranty claims and service administration.
• Understanding accounts receivable/payable and pricing.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking with excellent communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction service background preferred.
• Experience leading small teams and building positive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service department operations with scheduling and dispatch.
• Coordinate technician routes to maximize productivity and response times.
• Open, manage, and close service work orders with documentation.
• Process warranty claims with major vendors.
• Order, track, and coordinate parts, manage returns.
• Oversee pricing, invoicing, AR and AP for service operations.
• Partner with technicians to ensure quality and service.
• Supervise property maintenance personnel and assist with workforce coordination.
• Monitor performance, identify process improvements, and drive efficiencies.
• Collaborate with ownership to improve service operations and growth.
• Provide leadership and accountability to staff.
