Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Transportation Management or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in street maintenance and construction work
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Street and Drainage Divisions, including workflow, project management, and long-term planning
• Monitor maintenance costs and track project schedules and documentation
• Manage budgets, requisitions, purchase orders, and safety compliance
• Hire, discipline, and train staff; enforce safety policies and career ladder updates
• Coordinate with related coordinators for equipment repairs and division programs
• Administer contracts and provide status reports on active projects
• Respond to emergencies and hazardous weather events as needed
• Interview and select applicants for employment
• Prepare reports, memos, policies, and work plans
