Job summary

CompuNet, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the regional service delivery team. You will oversee resource planning, project setup, scheduling, and data integrity to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes for customers.

Successful candidates will blend data analysis with leadership communication, drive workload normalization, and enable engineers and project managers in the field. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or 4+ years of equivalent work experience
• 1 to 3 years of project management, operations, or relevant consulting experience
• Demonstrated experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Monitor service pipeline and forecast resource commitments
• Act as final approver for SOWs ensuring quality and clarity
• Track project scheduling and resource utilization across regions
• Develop operational dashboards and data-driven insights for leadership
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Sales Directors and Engineering Directors
