Job summary

CompuNet, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our Service Delivery team. You will oversee resource planning, project tracking, and data-driven decision-making to ensure on-time, high-quality service delivery.

This role partners with Sales, Engineering, and regional leadership to optimize workloads, monitor risks, and improve customer outcomes using dashboards and rigorous governance. Candidates should have a business-focused background and experience managing professional services

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
1–3 years of project management, operations, and/or relevant consulting experience.
Experience delivering professional services and building Power BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

Monitor service opportunities and forecast resource commitments from deal creation through customer acceptance.
Validate project documentation and configure projects for accurate time and expense tracking.
Track scheduling and activation of resources after SOW acceptance.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for pipeline, backlog, utilization, and project health.
Identify risks, manage data quality, and ensure on-time project closeout.
