Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 1 to 3 years of project management, operations, or relevant consulting experience.
• Experience delivering or supporting professional services and preparing clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage service delivery within a region, coordinating with regional leadership to balance workload and timelines.
• Review SOWs, ensure quality and branding standards, and approve content for delivery.
• Develop operational dashboards and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Forecast resource demand, monitor utilization, and mitigate burnout risks across teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Project Managers to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain data integrity in core systems and track project milestones and budgets.
