Qualifications

• MSP experience is required.
• Proven experience leading technical service delivery, engineering, or project teams.
• Strong background managing networking and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with enterprise switches, routers, firewalls, network upgrades, and infrastructure deployments.
• Strong project management, resource planning, and client communication skills.
• Experience with budgets, financial performance, or P&L ownership.
• Ability to operate both tactically with delivery teams and strategically with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 12 person Service Delivery team.
• Set priorities, assign resources, and drive accountability across the group.
• Own delivery performance and P&L for the department.
• Oversee multiple enterprise networking projects from planning through completion.
• Manage campus deployments, new construction, network upgrades, firewall projects, switching, routing, and related infrastructure initiatives.
• Improve project methodology, resource planning, delivery standards, and operational consistency.
• Partner with company leadership and VAR partners to keep projects and client commitments on track.
• Identify delivery risks early and improve execution as the organization continues to scale.

We are a growing Managed Services Provider supporting mid sized and enterprise clients and are hiring a Service Delivery Manager to lead a 12 person technical delivery organization.

This role owns team performance, project execution, resource alignment, and P&L while overseeing enterprise networking projects across campus deployments, new construction, network upgrades, firewalls, switches, routers, and core infrastructure.

For the right person, this can grow into broader leadership opportunities including VP or COO level responsibility.
