• Manage 15 to 20 concurrent networking and infrastructure projects

• Coordinate engineers, internal resources, VAR partners, vendors, and client stakeholders
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and client expectations
• Oversee network upgrades, campus deployments, new infrastructure implementations, and security projects
• Work alongside technical teams supporting Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, and Network Access Control environments
• Identify project risks early and keep stakeholders informed throughout delivery
• Ensure projects are properly documented, completed on time, and transitioned successfully

Project Portfolio: 15 to 20 Concurrent Projects

We are a growing Managed Services Provider supporting mid sized and enterprise clients and are hiring an IT Project Manager to lead networking and infrastructure projects across sophisticated client environments.

This is a project leadership role, not a hands on engineering position. You will own 15 to 20 concurrent projects while coordinating engineers, VAR partners, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Projects range from smaller transactional initiatives to multi week deployments involving Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, Network Access Control, campus networks, and other enterprise infrastructure.

What You Will Own

• Manage 15 to 20 concurrent networking and infrastructure projects
• Lead projects from planning and scheduling through implementation and closeout
• Coordinate engineers, internal resources, VAR partners, vendors, and client stakeholders
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and client expectations
• Oversee network upgrades, campus deployments, new infrastructure implementations, and security projects
• Work alongside technical teams supporting Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, and Network Access Control environments

What We Are Looking For

• MSP experience is required
• Strong IT project management experience across networking or infrastructure projects
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects
• Working knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, wireless, network security, and enterprise infrastructure
• Familiarity with Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar technologies
• Strong client communication, organization, scheduling, and resource coordination skills
• Ability to understand technical project requirements without needing to perform the engineering work
