Job summary

Shenling Environmental Systems Co., Ltd. is building its U.S. team in Austin, TX and seeks a Regional Project & Service Manager to lead data center project delivery and service execution in North America.

You will own end-to-end liquid cooling projects, coordinate customers, contractors and internal teams, manage schedules and change requests, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and quality requirements. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management or field operations.
• Experience with data center infrastructure or liquid cooling systems.
• Strong coordination with customers, contractors and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

We're building our U.S. team from the ground up. We are looking for a Regional Project & Service Manager to lead data center project delivery and service execution in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of liquid cooling projects, including planning, milestones, risk management, and customer acceptance.
• Coordinate customers, internal teams, contractors, and service partners.
• Manage project schedules, quality, resources, and change requests.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality requirements.

Customer & Service Partner Management

• Act as the primary operational contact for customers throughout the project and service lifecycle.
• Manage third-party service partners to ensure onsite services are safe, compliant, timely, and meet company standards.
• Monitor service partner response time, service quality, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate customers, service partners, and engineering teams to close field issues.

Service Operations Improvement

• Support transition from project delivery to ongoing service operations.
• Improve service processes, documentation, and reporting.
• Provide field feedback to engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, service operations, field operations, or technical program management.
• Experience with data center infrastructure, HVAC or liquid cooling systems.
• Strong customer, contractor, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Data center or mission-critical system experience.
• Third-party service partner management experience.
• Commissioning, installation, or customer acceptance experience.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training is a plus.
