Aristocrat in the United States seeks a Service Delivery Coordinator to coordinate service delivery, logistics, and customer experience across casino locations. You will work with regional teams, schedule services, and ensure accurate data while supporting timely fulfillment.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners without direct authority,

Competenze

Experience coordinating multiple service, logistics, and customer priorities within a POD team.
Ability to build and execute coordinated work plans with Field Service resources and transportation providers.
Strong judgment to evaluate dependencies, risks, and exceptions.

Mansioni

Coordinate scheduling of services at casino locations and evaluate workforce requirements.
Partner with regional teams to arrange on-site service coordination and transportation.
Utilize Remedy, Salesforce Service Cloud, ERP tools to coordinate work and maintain records.
Coordinate game transportation with outside carriers using TMS and cross-docking requirements.
Ensure accurate ERP, scheduling, and service data for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Identify risks and communicate changes to collaborators across teams.
Manage portions of the game scheduling pipeline and initiate corrective actions.
Collaborate with Project Managers to fulfill service, scheduling, logistics, and documentation goals.
Coordinate documentation from Field Service through Sales and other groups for timely completion.
Perform other duties as assigned.
