Aristocrat is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to ensure smooth service delivery, manage logistics, and enhance the customer experience at casino locations. You will coordinate game scheduling, transportation, and documentation, working with Field Service, Sales, and ERP systems to meet commitments.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-facing, and capable of balancing multiple priorities with a focus on data accuracy and proactive communication.

Mansioni

• Be one of the primary coordination contacts for customers when scheduling services at casino locations; evaluate requirements, readiness, and duration to develop an executable delivery plan.
• Partner with regional POD team to arrange on-site service coordination and transportation; prioritize tasks, assess risks, and meet commitments.
• Use Remedy, Retriever, Salesforce Service Cloud (FSL), Salesforce, and ERP tools to coordinate work, maintain records, and provide timely information for execution.
• Coordinate game transportation with outside carriers using e2Open (TMS); manage cross-docking, constraints, and exceptions.
• Ensure accurate Sales, ERP, scheduling, and service data to facilitate planning, delivery, forecasting, and reporting; resolve inconsistencies.
• Coordinate service and logistics blocking issues; assess impact, engage partners, and communicate risks or changes.
• Manage portions of the game scheduling pipeline; identify risks and trigger corrective workflow.
• Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to fulfill project results by coordinating service, scheduling, logistics, transportation, and documentation.
• Coordinate required documentation and closure activities from Field Service through Sales and other groups to support completion of services.
