Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in a similar role, with 2+ years in the Utilities or Renewables industry.
• Basic SQL user knowledge.
• Unix/Linux user level knowledge.
• User level knowledge of administering IT systems.
• Exposure to Cloud Infrastructure management on Azure and AWS.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all customer projects for ASE’s DER Gateways, DER Aggregator and DER Control products.
• Service delivery and operations support with ownership of KPI of Customer Satisfaction.
• Overseeing and coordinating product upgrades.
• Support ticket handling and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Managing client escalations and responses.
