Job summary

Applied Systems Engineering Inc seeks a Service Delivery Lead based out of Campbell, CA to own customer projects for DER Gateways, DER Aggregator and DER Control products. You will coordinate with customers and lead internal teams on project delivery, upgrades, and on-call support.

The candidate will have 6–8 years in a similar role, basic SQL, Unix/Linux familiarity, cloud exposure (Azure/AWS) and strong communication skills. This is a full-time on-site role in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in a similar role with 2+ years in Utilities or Renewables.
• Basic SQL knowledge and Unix/Linux familiarity.
• Cloud infrastructure exposure (Azure, AWS) and IT systems administration.
• Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery KPI for customer satisfaction and outcomes.
• Coordinate and assist in product upgrades and deployments.
• Handle support tickets and ensure SLA adherence.
• Provide status reports and key metrics to stakeholders.
• Manage client escalations and provide on-call support.
• Review infrastructure needs for projects and initiatives.

ASE seeks to hire a Service Delivery Lead based out of Bay Area (Campbell, CA) reporting to the Operations Head. This position is accountable for all customer projects for ASE’s DER Gateways, DER Aggregator and DER Control products. This position is responsible for project co-ordination with ASE's customers and for managing internal project and operations teams.

JOB PROFILE:

• Service delivery and operations support with an ownership of KPI of Customer Satisfaction
• Overseeing, coordinating and assist in product upgrades
• Support ticket handling and ensure adherence to SLAs
• Status reporting and Metrics
• Managing client escalations and response
• Handling On-Call support
• Review and advise on infrastructure needs for projects

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Between 6-8 years of experience in a similar role with 2+ years in Utilities or Renewables industry
• Basic SQL user knowledge
• Unix/Linux user level knowledge.
• User level knowledge of administering IT systems
• Exposure to Cloud Infrastructure management on Azure and AWS
• Customer relationship management skills
• Have good problem-solving skills
• String written, oral English communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree Electrical Engineering
