Job summary

Sprague Operating Resources LLC in Bronx, NY is seeking a Service and Delivery Support Assistant to handle a high-volume billing workflow, including vendor invoices, service tickets, DAR renewal fees and various contract documents for the Service, Delivery Integrity and Implementation teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and collaboration with a team. Overtime may be required during peak periods; growth and an engaged workplace are offered. This position is based in Bronx, NY.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience in a service, dispatch or transportation logistics environment.
• Strong numbers aptitude and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and price completed service tickets.
• Check vendor invoices against materials used.
• Enter service and billing data into Esys.
• Prepare invoices for review by Service Manager.
• Enter payroll for service techs and clerical staff.
• Review parking violations for payment.
• Upload invoices and receipts for credit card payments.
• Process all service contract renewals and related letters.
