Sprague seeks a Service and Delivery Support Assistant to perform billing and clerical tasks in support of Service, Delivery Integrity and Implementation services. You’ll handle high-volume filing, vendor invoices, service tickets and renewals, with overtime possible in peak seasons.

Based in Bronx, NY, the role requires strong numeracy, teamwork and customer service skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience in a service, dispatch or transportation logistics environment.
• Strong numbers aptitude (solving math problems, finding patterns, and working with data).
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Billing: prepare and price completed service tickets and check invoices.
• Enter payroll for service techs and clerical staff.
• Provide coverage of department phone lines and support service and delivery teams.
