Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation, a leading lift truck manufacturer, seeks a motivated Customer Service Representative in Albuquerque, NM. You will handle incoming calls, dispatch technicians, track payroll hours, process billing, and create daily work orders. The role supports multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent phone skills
• Good communication, organizational, math and computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Leadership skills, technical experience and knowledge a plus
• Ability to multitask
