Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The role supports Crown customers and field technicians, handles calls, dispatches service, processes payroll hours, and manages billing and orders. The position is full-time and based in the United States.

You will collaborate with multiple departments and contribute to accurate record keeping and timely service delivery. The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, up to 2 years of related experience, and strong communication

Minimum Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent phone skills
• Good communication, organizational, math and computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Leadership skills, technical experience and knowledge a plus
• Ability to multitask

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Wages. The anticipated starting pay range for the position is $22.00 to $26.00, but is commensurate with skills and related experience,
