Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Service Crew Lead in Warsaw, NY to support the Crew Foreman in delivering quality post-frame construction projects. The role includes leading the crew, reading construction plans, and ensuring safe, efficient work on site.

The candidate must demonstrate strong communication, physical stamina, and the ability to travel up to 25% with overnight stays; CDL A is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality building construction (post-frame preferred).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess CDL A license.
• Physically demanding environment and heights.
• Flexibility to travel up to 25% with overnight stays.
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Dig and install footings; frame walls and roof structures; install doors/windows and siding.
• Travel up to 25% with overnight stays.
• Provide leadership for the crew alongside the Foreman.
• Adhere to safety procedures and build to standards.
