Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a friendly, motivated F&B All-Rounder to join our restaurant team. You will work across front-of-house service, coffee and bar operations, thriving in a fast-paced environment and supporting kitchen collaboration.

The role offers exposure to service, coffee and bar, with opportunities to grow within a new restaurant concept and be part of the opening team. Competitive salary and staff benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, café, bar or restaurant preferred.
• Experience in coffee and/or bartending is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages.
• Prepare basic cocktails and other drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining, coffee and bar areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support daily restaurant operations and work closely with the kitchen team.
• Maintain high standards of food, beverage and service quality.
• Assist with stock checking and basic inventory duties when required.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace hygiene standards.
