Hugo's Family Marketplace is seeking a Service Counter Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service at the front counter in Minnesota. You will greet customers, handle returns and exchanges, and process transactions accurately while maintaining a clean, organized counter area.

Responsibilities include assisting with special orders, answering questions, resolving complaints, and ensuring adherence to store policies. This role requires strong communication and basic cash handling skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred some college coursework or related experience.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems.

This role involves maintaining the service counter's operations, processing returns and exchanges, and upholding store policies to enhance customer satisfaction.
