Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Visalia, CA is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage waitlists, and assist with lane and equipment needs. You will also ring up sales and help with basic bowling instructions in a lively entertainment venue.

Applicants should have a HS diploma or equivalent, excellent telephone etiquette, and be at least 18 to meet alcohol service rules. Evening and weekend shifts are available with benefits.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience.
Proven success in school/previous job experience.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
Manage the waitlist
Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
Prepare for leagues
Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system

The pay rate for this position is $16.90 to $18.00 per hour.
