Northway Lanes is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Service Counter Associate for part-time, nights and weekends. You will assist customers with bowling needs and ensure an excellent experience, including register duties, stocking, inventory and other duties while keeping a fun, positive atmosphere for guests.

Greet customers, handle transactions, and contribute to a team that delivers great service in a lively, bowling center setting.

Qualifications

• Able to read, count, write and communicate clearly.
• Experience handling sales and transactions.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist while bowling.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Operate the register to ring up sales and handle payments.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and product knowledge for customers.
