Kinetico Incorporated is hiring a Service Coordinator for an on-site role in Newbury Township, Ohio. You will manage calls and emails, schedule installations and service visits, and drive upsell opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM records.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer service, familiarity with Salesforce, and strong communication skills. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, written, grammar, and verbal communication skills.

• Answer calls and emails from customers and schedule product installations and service calls.
• Proactively outreach to inform customers of additional product sales and service offerings.
• Log calls and emails into the CRM and maintain installation and warranty records.
• Assist counter sales and support technicians to ensure excellent customer service.
