Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule product installations and service calls with customers.
• Answer calls and emails, assess needs, and determine next steps.
• Upsell ancillary services such as filter changes, resin changes, or salt sales.
• Log calls and emails into CRM and maintain installation and warranty data.
• Provide back-up support to sales and service staff and assist technicians as needed.
