Job summary

Kinetico Incorporated is seeking a Service Coordinator who handles calls and emails, schedules installations and service visits, and proactively informs customers about additional product sales and service offerings.

You will log interactions in the CRM, maintain installation and warranty records, assist in-store sales, and back up other service staff to ensure excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Must be professional with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedules product installations and service calls.
• Answers calls and emails, assesses customer needs and actions.
• Offers ancillary services and prepares out of warranty letters.
• Logs calls and emails into CRM; maintains records.
• Supports counter sales and assists retail store purchases.
• Provides back-up support to sales and service staff.
• Maintains a clean and safe work and retail environment.
