Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer facing positions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to schedule service calls and maintain service job quotes.
• Schedule, dispatch, and track status of technicians.
• Open and update work orders.
• Responsible for service job quotes.
• Collect, review, and process field service documentation including reports, time, expenses, parts requests, and quotes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support Technicians and their needs to complete service orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
