Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer and complete all I‑9 employment eligibility verification processes in accordance with federal requirements.
- Facilitate TABE testing, including scheduling, proctoring, and ensuring compliance with testing standards.
- Prepare, send, and track new and renewal worksite agreements.
- Submit worksite information to designated contacts, such as Data Insight team, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new worksites, ensuring all documentation and requirements are completed.
- Maintain and update internal databases, case management systems, and tracking tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Process and communicate intern start date updates to relevant stakeholders, such PEO company.
- Assist with payroll operations, including communicating with supervisors and interns regarding payroll concerns.
- Manage office supply inventory, including ordering, tracking, and distribution.
- Provide ongoing support to the Talent Development team by assisting with departmental tasks, coordination needs, and program operations as required.
- Conduct supervisor and intern orientations, ensuring all participants receive clear guidance on program expectations, processes, and organizational policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Employer Payroll support, offering training, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to employers and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the team’s Quality Assurance (QA) lead to ensure all processes, documentation, and service delivery meet established organizational standards.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of program guidelines, policies, and operational procedures to ensure consistent compliance across the team.
- Review team tasks, workflows, and outputs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to required protocols.
- Provide feedback to leadership & team members when inconsistencies or process gaps are identified.
- Monitor internal procedures as needed to align with evolving program requirements or organizational expectations.
- Partner with leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen team performance through quality-focused practices.
- Generate, analyze, and interpret reports to support operational oversight and program performance.
- Provide clear, accurate, and actionable data summaries to leadership for decision-making and external reporting needs.
