Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
  • Experience supporting talent development or training programs preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and onboarding workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and complete all I-9 employment eligibility verification processes.
  • Facilitate TABE testing, including scheduling, proctoring, and ensuring compliance with testing standards.
  • Prepare, send, and track new and renewal worksite agreements.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new worksites and maintain records in databases.
  • Assist payroll operations and communicate payroll concerns to supervisors and interns.
  • Manage office supply inventory and distribution.
  • Generate, analyze, and interpret reports to support program performance and leadership decisions.

Position SummaryThe Talent Development Service Coordinator supports the Talent Development Manager and contributes to the efficient operation of the Talent Development team. This role provides comprehensive administrative and program coordination support across key initiatives, including Summer Earn and Learn, On‑the‑Job Training, Paid Work Experience, Apprenticeships, and Career & Technical Education partnerships.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferredEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdminister and complete all I‑9 employment eligibility verification processes in accordance with federal requirements.Facilitate TABE testing, including scheduling, proctoring, and ensuring compliance with testing standards.Prepare, send, and track new and renewal worksite agreements.Submit worksite information to designated contacts, such as Data Insight team, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.Coordinate the onboarding process for new worksites, ensuring all documentation and requirements are completed.Maintain and update internal databases, case management systems, and tracking tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.Process and communicate intern start date updates to relevant stakeholders, such PEO company.Assist with payroll operations, including communicating with supervisors and interns regarding payroll concerns.Manage office supply inventory, including ordering, tracking, and distribution.Provide ongoing support to the Talent Development team by assisting with departmental tasks, coordination needs, and program operations as required.Conduct supervisor and intern orientations, ensuring all participants receive clear guidance on program expectations, processes, and organizational policies.Serve as the primary point of contact for Employer Payroll support, offering training, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to employers and internal stakeholders.Serve as the team’s Quality Assurance (QA) lead to ensure all processes, documentation, and service delivery meet established organizational standards.Maintain a thorough understanding of program guidelines, policies, and operational procedures to ensure consistent compliance across the team.Review team tasks, workflows, and outputs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to required protocols.Provide feedback to leadership & team members when inconsistencies or process gaps are identified.Monitor internal procedures as needed to align with evolving program requirements or organizational expectations.Partner with leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen team performance through quality-focused practices.Generate, analyze, and interpret reports to support operational oversight and program performance.Provide clear, accurate, and actionable data summaries to leadership for decision-making and external reporting needs.
