Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and discuss repairs with customers.

• Experience with manufacturing, job shop, or customer service environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and coordinate repair and reconditioning projects with team leaders.
• Provide job status updates to Sales team and maintain production schedules.
• Create repair quotes and review shop quotes before finalization.
• Interact repair information with shop, customers, and sales personnel.
• Assist in order entry, invoicing, and warranty documentation.
• Drive 5S projects and process improvements in all areas.
