Job summary

Talentify is seeking a dedicated customer service professional in the United States to handle quotes, orders, pricing, and invoicing with precision and urgency. You will coordinate across Production, Outside Sales, Project Management, and Customer Service to ensure accurate scope and timely delivery.

The role requires researching parts, resolving issues quickly, and participating in training. Overtime and on-call rotations may be required to support operations. Regular attendance is essential.

• Experience handling quotes, placing orders, finalizing pricing and generating invoices.

• Respond promptly to inquiries from internal and external customers.
